- Support the availability, maintenance, and usage of all storage
- Monitor the stability of all environments/services, including product performance and infrastructure utilization.
- Provide incident and problem management support for business groups and operations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including operational run books, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Analyze and apply patches, hot fixes, complete upgrades, and product enhancements for any automation tooling.
- Identify continuous service improvements, implement them, measure results, and drive projects to successful completion.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience in production enterprise storage/compute environments, including EMC VNX, EMC Centera, EMC Unity, Pure Storage, and Dell SC storage arrays.
- Experience with Azure Cloud Computing and related cloud products such as Veeam, Wintel platform Office 365 – AAD Wintel, Active Directory, VMware, and Zerto virtualization.
- Ability to work effectively in stressful situations and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to complete objectives independently without requiring constant managerial oversight.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
