The Account Manager will own client relationships, driving satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through the successful delivery of technology solutions (Data Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud). Acting as the primary point of contact, you will identify expansion opportunities, orchestrate internal teams, and ensure projects are delivered on‑time and exceed client expectations. This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 15–30 strategic accounts
  • Achieve 95%+ client retention rate and ≥20% YoY revenue growth per account (average)
  • Uncover and close ≥3 new opportunities per quarter (expansion or net‑new within existing clients)
Required Qualifications & Metrics

Client Relationship Management

  • Metric: Managed a book of business ≥$2M ARR with ≤5% churn over the past 2 years
  • Proven ability to turn at‑risk accounts around (reference required for ≥1 account saved)

Sales & Business Development

  • Metric: Personally closed ≥$1.5M in expansion revenue or ≥5 new logos in the last 24 months
  • Consistently hit ≥90% of quota for the past 3 quarters (attach quota attainment report)

Technical Understanding

  • Metric: Actively supported ≥10 deals involving Data Analytics, AI/ML, or cloud migrations (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Ability to conduct discovery calls and translate client business needs.

Interpersonal & Communication Skills

  • Exceptional written communication.

Organizational & Priority Management

  • Metric: Simultaneously managed 15+ active client initiatives while maintaining ≤2 overdue tasks per month in CRM
  • Proficient in MS Dynamics or similar CRM.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field
  • 5+ years in client‑facing roles within SaaS, Data Analytics, AI/ML, or Cloud services
  • Relevant certifications (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Associate, etc.) = bonus
