  • Ensure the reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency of all AWS environments; drive proactive monitoring and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate and manage IT diligence efforts (people, processes, tech stack, contracts, risk, controls, cost); produce and execute integration plans
  • Partner with Audit & Compliance to create, execute, and monitor control requirements throughout IT operations; support audits and risk assessments with evidence collection and remediation plans
  • Partner with Dev Ops for deployment pipeline, environment support, and release reliability
  • Own IT budgeting, forecasting, and license optimization; negotiate and manage vendors to ensure contractual alignment with security and regulatory obligations
  • Coordinate across departments for on/offboarding, data handling, and operational or regulatory needs
  • Collaborate with the CIO on strategy and roadmap; provide data‑driven recommendations and clear trade‑off analyses
Requirements

  • Demonstrated success owning enterprise IT operations in a cloud‑first, security‑sensitive environment
  • Meaningful M&A experience; IT due diligence, integration planning/execution, and change management
  • Deep AWS experience and strong understanding of enterprise networking
