You will be a Data Analyst (Systems Engineer Sr) for the ISE (Integrated System Evaluation) team. Our team is part of the Systems Engineering organization.

As a Data Analyst, you will serve as a domain analyst in one of the following disciplines:
Weapons, Fusion/Sensors, or CNI/Datalinks. In this dynamic, fast‑paced role you will provide lab and flight test analysis, evaluation, and development of analytics, working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver complex solutions.

• Serve as a domain analyst for the Analytics and Analysis (A&A) team within ISE, providing guidance in Weapons, Radar, Electronic Warfare, Electro Optical, Communications, Navigation, and Data Links.
• Define analytics and analysis needs/requirements for tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional discipline teams to integrate and test analytics, provide analysis, ensuring seamless compliance with requirements and specifications.
• Develop and review comprehensive technical analysis reports and assessments.
• Participate in design reviews, test readiness reviews, and other technical meetings to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications.
• Use common and innovative analysis methods and techniques.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions that meet their needs.
