As a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, you will interact with stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations related to DMC, translate requirements into technical specifications, and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver architecture solutions.

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics while delivering DMC solutions.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements involving DMC.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams with a focus on DMC, aligned to client objectives.
• Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities within DMC and maintain strong business acumen; stay updated on industry trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of developments and outcomes to ensure high-quality client services.
• Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels to foster collaboration and trust in EY SAP DMC initiatives.
• Lead and motivate diverse teams, provide constructive feedback, and foster an innovative, inclusive work environment.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines in the DMC space.

On typical engagements, you will gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, and complete workflow and documentation, including functional design of the DMC solution. Translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. You will need a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to build relationships and deliver results. Key skills include:

• Strong technical skills in application functional design and technology requirements for DMC.
• Ability to analyze and map technology cost-benefit scenarios related to DMC implementations.
• Expertise in system configuration design and business architecture frameworks within Digital Manufacturing Cloud.
• Excellent communication with ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five (5) years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) within Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including offshore/onshore teams.
• Proficiency in supply chain practices within DMC, with benchmarking and advisory experience in related technology functions.
• Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 40–60%.
• Experience in technology cost-benefit analyses and knowledge of technology business architecture frameworks.
• Skills in training design and delivery.

• Prior consulting experience with DMC specialization.
• SAP certifications.
• Experience as a workstream/team lead for manufacturing with SAP.
• Experience with at least two full lifecycle SAP ERP implementations (ECC and/or S/4
  
  HANA) involving PP and Digital Manufacturing Cloud.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle MRP implementation.
• Experience integrating SAP PP with MES, SAP QM, EWM, and DMC; hands-on SAP PP configuration.
• Experience designing RICEF solutions and writing functional specs; test scripts; and end-user training materials.
