This role is part of EY’s SAP practice, which helps clients unlock business value through integrated technology platforms, with capabilities in Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and Success Factors.

• Interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes.
• Analyzing newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements.
• Collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Participating in Explore phase design workshops.
• Performing configuration of SAP EWM and other related SAP modules.
• Designing custom RICEF solutions and documenting functional specifications.
• Performing testing of solutions.
• Supporting development and delivery of training materials.
• Providing on-site hypercare support to client warehouse users.
• Demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities and strong business acumen.
• Assimilating new knowledge quickly and delivering quality client services.
• Managing risks, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes.
• Establishing relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in defining and analyzing technology business requirements.
• Experience in system configuration design and technology cost-benefit analysis.
• Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective business solutions.

• A bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically, 2 - 4 years’ relevant experience with SAP EWM.
• Strong technical skills in application functional design.
• Expertise in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
• Ability to build and manage relationships effectively.
• Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

• Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience.
• SAP certification(s).
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation of SAP EWM.
• Hands-on SAP system configuration experience.
• Experience designing custom RICEF solutions and writing functional specifications.
• Experience writing and executing test scripts.
• Experience writing and delivering training materials for end users.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations for distribution and/or manufacturing.
