The Senior End User Services (EUS) Engineer performs level 3 support, research, policy development, MECM/Intune software packaging, configuration management, imaging, Microsoft & 3rd party patch management and new technologies for the End-User Services environment including the Azure GCC High environment. They will develop, execute and monitor operations across the Company. This position will assist the EUS Manager in leading and providing hands‑on services to perform these objectives.

• Implements, administers and configures the MECM Enterprise and Intune environment
• Implements, administers and configures the Microsoft Intune environment for PCs & mobile devices (IOS & Android)
• Create software packages, task sequences, OSDs, and patch management for deployment through MECM & Intune
• Performs desktop deployment automation architecture, design/migration and troubleshooting
• Microsoft Azure support experience driving resolution of complex critical problems across a large enterprise
• Collaborate with our Senior Cloud Engineer as projects dictate
• Creates, tests and deploys OS images
• Create reports utilizing Power Shell and SQL for automation and custom reporting
• Packages, deploys, installs and administers all ESA approved software to include specialized applications in manufacturing and engineering
• Provides technical expertise, guidance and strategic recommendations to other IT groups regarding configuration, deployment, and imaging issues
• Troubleshooting connectivity and deployment issues with end user devices and assisting the service desk with resolution of in‑depth end user issues
• Staying up to date on the evolving functionality of MECM/Intune and working with IT stakeholders to implement new features as they become available
• Developing End-User Computing policies, standards and procedures for hardware and software.
• Develop and maintain Group Policy
• Disk and email encryption
• PC software and hardware standards
• Provide expertise in complex software configuration for common and specialized software
• Adhere to all IT policies and procedures.
• Oversee and execute new version and technology projects and other similar duties as assigned.
