• At least 2 years of experience in Enablon Product
• At least 2 years of experience with EHS or EHS product implementation or EHS product support
• Experience in Enablon is mandatory
• NABSIC language
• Form, Report, Approval & Rules Factory
• Worked in v7 of Enablon.
• Recommended experience in modules:
  Claims, Metrics, IMS, Action Plan, Audit & Compliance.
• Overall understanding of EHS Domain and its IT applications.
• Enterprise facilities & operational EHS Management Systems.
• EHS related standards ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001.
• Knowledge of EHS Audits, Incident Management, regulatory Compliance processes
• Recommended experience in modules:
  Claims, Metrics, IMS, Action Plan, Audit & Compliance.
• Overall understanding of EHS Domain and its IT applications.
• Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Experience in facilitating meetings and drive discussions with senior customer executives, business users, and IT team members

Responsibilities:

• Work on client assignments, typically large transformational IT programs, as an individual contributor or as a lead of junior consultants
• Take ownership of IT applications in EHS space for the clients
• Lead the implementation of Enablon for EHS practices
• Engage with client business and IT as well as with internal Infosys stakeholders throughout the phases of an IT program from planning through support
• Define business/process models taking into account Industry best practices
• Drive business workshops to define requirements and elaborate functional specifications of an IT solution
• Be a conduit between Infosys IT teams and client business stakeholders, during subsequent phases of the program
• Be the Subject Matter Expert for the client and IT team
• Contribute to account management strategy and unit strategy as required
• Forge collaborative relationships and drive initiatives individually

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
