- 10+ years of operations experience, with 5+ years in tech leadership.
- Proven success in supply chain optimization or tech infrastructure management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing global teams.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or Lean methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree;
Lean/Six Sigma or advanced degree a plus.
