MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven On-Site Sales Specialist to join our high-volume, fast-paced contact center team. This role involves engaging with customers through inbound and outbound sales calls, promoting appliance warranties, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Weekends Off)

Post-Training Shift: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Must be available for the designated shift—hours and days cannot be modified. Full-time, 40 hours per week.

• Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell appliance warranties.
• Apply critical thinking to sales strategies and handle escalated calls professionally.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

• Manage high volumes of communication across multiple channels.
• Communicate product details clearly and empathetically.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and customer expectations.
• Navigate multiple systems efficiently.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
• 1-3 years experience in call center, sales, or customer service roles.
• Proficiency with computers and contact center software.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

This role is primarily sedentary, requiring long periods of sitting, using a computer and phone. Must be authorized to work, willing to undergo background/security checks, and submit to drug screening. Reasonable accommodations are available upon request.
