We are looking for a researcher will need to maintain an Insights Calendar. Here you will be doing daily competitive analysis, market segmentation, persona development, predictive modeling, and working with Data Analytics to digest quantitative/qualitative consumer data. From here you will be taking the data and creating Power Points/reports to pass along to the rest of the CX, UX, Marketing, and Data teams.

Personality wise we need someone detail-oriented to maintain the processes/calendar, someone collaborative to work with multiple teams, and knowledgeable to consumer insights in general.
