We are seeking a Payroll & HR Administrator to join our team at the corporate headquarters in Fort Worth. This role is critical in managing payroll operations and supporting HR functions while fostering a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
You will assist the Chief of People and HR team with projects, administrative tasks, and initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Administer payroll processes using ADP and Paycom systems.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll and HR documentation.
- Assist with HR projects and day‑to‑day operations.
- Support the Chief of People and HR staff in strategic initiatives.
- Provide high‑touch customer service to employees and stakeholders.
- Promote teamwork and contribute to a strong company culture.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in employee records.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
- 3‑4 years of payroll and HR administration experience.
- Proficiency in payroll systems.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships; innovative and resourceful.
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team‑oriented with a commitment to culture‑building.
