We are seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive support across core human resources functions. This role serves as a trusted resource for employees and managers, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and supporting initiatives related to employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and committed to delivering an excellent employee experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Serving as a day-to-day point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR inquiries
  • Managing employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers
  • Assisting with recruiting efforts by coordinating postings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
  • Supporting benefits administration and responding to employee questions
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data integrity within HRIS systems
  • Assisting with employee relations matters, helping resolve concerns in alignment with company policy
  • Contributing to the development and rollout of HR policies, procedures, and process improvements
  • Coordinating training and development programs in partnership with Learning & Development teams
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
  • Preparing HR reports and metrics for review by leadership


Qualifications/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of HR experience or related work in people operations
  • Knowledge of employment laws and general HR best practices
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, Bamboo

    HR)
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
