Analyst​/Sr Analyst

A large publicly traded company, located in Ft Worth TX is seeking a dynamic and energetic Analyst/Sr. Analyst, Compensation for a long-term contract assignment. The Analyst/Sr Analyst, Compensation is a member of the Global Compensation, Mobility, and People Support team within the People Division. This role supports the design, implementation, and administration of the company’s compensation programs.

The Analyst takes a consultative approach to supporting business units, partnering closely with HR and operational leaders to provide strategic guidance, data-driven insights, and market-informed recommendations.

$35.00/hr - $55.00/hr

• Serves as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on compensation matters, providing consultative support for hiring, promotions, organizational design, and compensation decisions
• Performs compensation analyses and job evaluations to support business decisions and maintain internal equity.
• Develops and delivers clear, data-driven compensation recommendations tailored to specific business contexts
• Assists with annual compensation processes, including merit planning, salary structure adjustments, and incentive plan administration
• Participates in salary surveys and uses market data to price jobs and benchmark compensation practices against the external market.

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience/training
• 3+ years of experience in Compensation, Finance, or similar analytical role
• Prior experience managing multiple projects concurrently while providing strong customer service
