Senior IT HR Manager

Lead and execute global HR IT Product Strategy in partnership with HR, IT managers, and stakeholders. Oversee the design and implementation of HR technology solutions while managing a global technical team to ensure seamless alignment with organizational HR initiatives.

Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a global technical team of exempt employees and contingent resources
  • Identify resource needs and optimal geographic locations to achieve organizational goals
  • Conduct performance reviews, goal setting, and drive employee engagement and development
Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Maintain and update HR Product Strategy and Roadmap with regular senior leadership reviews
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize features and benefits with executive stakeholders
  • Ensure SME involvement throughout project life cycles for successful rollouts and adoption
Operational Excellence
  • Deliver successful project outcomes for critical functions including payroll, timekeeping, and regulatory compliance
  • Define and document roles/responsibilities for HR functional and IT HR teams
  • Manage budget, review actuals, and update forecasts regularly
  • Maintain relationships with critical stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in IT and/or HR systems (HRMS/HRIS)
  • Strong expertise in Workday modules (payroll, timekeeping, absence, talent/performance, T&E, benefits/compensation, security, HCM)
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices, workflows, and Workday implementation
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (
