Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with Paycom's recruitment platform
. This role will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience for all candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process
    : job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and offer extension.
  • Leverage Paycom's recruitment tools to streamline applicant tracking, candidate communication, and onboarding.
  • Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and other innovative methods.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates, and constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment best practices and strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, recruiting technology, and employment law to maintain compliance and drive innovation.
  • Support additional HR functions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (required).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency with Paycom recruitment tools and applicant tracking system (required).
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills across a variety of roles and levels.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently as needed.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices related to recruiting.
