The Hotel Host creates an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a larger‑than‑home experience with welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment.
Responsibilities include managing the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e‑room, TV den, guest check‑in and check‑out, and servicing meeting rooms. Previous guest service experience and strong communication skills are required.
Qualifications- Customer service experience required, preferably in a hotel or related field.
- Schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong command of the English language (speaking, reading, writing).
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast‑paced environment with guest interaction.
- Strong multitasking ability.
- Minimum age 18 years old.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs).
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel).
