- Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
- Efficiently register guests upon arrival, verifying identification and processing payments according to hotel policies.
- Assign rooms based on reservations and guest preferences (when possible).
- Issue room keys/access cards and explain hotel amenities and services (Wi-Fi access, restaurant hours, etc.).
- Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, offering local recommendations and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Manage cash drawers, ensuring accurate financial transactions and following proper security protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional appearance.
- Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate guest records within the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
- Collaborate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- May be required to answer phones, take messages, and assist with wake‑up calls.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures, ensuring guest safety and security.
