Join Kids Care Home Health as a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist – Clinical Fellow. Kids Care is an ethics‑centered, therapist‑owned home health company. We are seeking to immediately hire an Intern Speech Language Pathologist to provide medically prescribed speech therapy to pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.

- Provide clinical treatment to patients including screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and family/caregiver training.
- Perform evaluations focused on receptive and expressive language, speech fluency, vocal & oral motor competence, articulation, and auditory skills.
- Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
- Maintain communication with pediatric patients and families regarding progress, programs, and issues.
- Refer patients and family members to appropriate services.
- Consult with supervisor on patient progress and maintain appropriate records.
- Participate in supervised visits as required by the State Board of Examiners for Speech‑Language Pathology.
- Maintain supplies and equipment; attend internal and external educational functions.
- Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program and continuing education activities.
- Maintain a productive caseload and collaborative team efforts.
- Serve as backup service provider for other caseloads as needed.
- Comply with all company policies, practices, and procedures.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
- Current state‑issued professional licensure.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- CPR certified.
- Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Effective written and oral communication.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Fast learner capable of interpreting instructions and solving practical problems.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and routine database activity.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Spending 1/3–2/3 of time standing, walking, reaching, sitting, kneeling, or crawling.
- Two‑thirds of time using hands and fingers while talking and hearing.
- Diverse indoor residential or childcare setting.
- Moderate physical activity; must lift up to twenty‑five pounds.
- Close vision required; moderate noise exposure.
