The Clinical Therapist Intake completes diagnostic assessments or therapy sessions per agency demand. Activities include completing the initial diagnostic assessment, ANSA, and Person-Centered Wellness Plan at Access to Care and in the adult outpatient clinics. Activities also include engaging individuals into services, providing resources, crisis intervention, and other formal and informal assessments.
Minimum Requirements- Minimum Education:
Master’s Degree in Health and Human services field or Nursing - One (1) year of experience in Health and Human services field
- License/
Certifications:
Licensed by Texas Board of Social Work Examiners – LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMFT‑A, LPC, or LPC‑A;
Valid Texas Driver’s License
