What You’ll Do- Deliver 1:1, center‑based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years)
- Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
- Collect and record behavioral data.
- Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
- Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
- Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
Hourly Pay:
- Entry Level: $15.00/hr
- RBT I‑V: $16.00‑$20.00/hr
- Senior RBT: $21.00/hr
Future BCBA Career Path: ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice → BCBA → Clinical Leadership.
What We’re Looking ForRequired:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation to the clinic.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
Preferred:
- Active RBT certification.
- Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities.
- Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields.
- Paid training & RBT certification support.
