Overview

Behavioral Technician – Behavioral Innovations, Fort Worth – Westworth Treatment Center. Clinic‑based ABA therapy for children with autism (18 months – 10 years). Entry‑level with paid training and BCBA supervision. Opportunity for career advancement.

• Deliver 1:1, center‑based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years)
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.

Hourly Pay:

• Entry Level: $15.00/hr
• RBT I‑V: $16.00‑$20.00/hr
• Senior RBT: $21.00/hr

Future BCBA Career Path: ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice → BCBA → Clinical Leadership.

Required:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).

Preferred:

• Active RBT certification.
• Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities.
• Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields.
