Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA (Fort Worth)

AIM Educate

• Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
• Current and valid BCBA certification with BACB in good standing
• Valid Texas Driver’s license with safe driving record

• Develop behavior plans and treatment strategies for students.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and evidence‑based skills assessments.
• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines, BACB Code of Ethics, state laws, and regulations.
• Provide ongoing support to direct support professionals, ABA implementers, and families.
• Assist in developing and implementing assessment tools for functional analysis.
• Create and maintain a data collection system to establish baseline and programmatic efficacy; analyze data to implement best practices.
• Establish open, frequent communication with parents and all related service staff.
• Make recommendations for the time needed to implement behavioral goals.
• Participate in appropriate staff meetings as requested.
• Establish and maintain a positive working atmosphere to encourage a positive learning environment for students.
• Daily attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job.
• Adjust and adapt to a multitude of situations in the school environment.
