Talkiatry is a national mental health practice co‑founded by a patient and a triple‑board‑certified psychiatrist. Our mission is to transform psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. We provide patients with high‑quality treatment through innovative technology and a human‑centered philosophy.

$70,000.00/yr – $90,000.00/yr

• Provide best‑quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for patients.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to diagnose, manage, and treat patients using a wide variety of interventions and modalities.
• Work independently while collaborating with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff.
• Utilize our custom technology, including an integrated EMR, to support messaging, track progress, and gain insights into outcomes.

• Demonstrated experience caring for a diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, depression, and other conditions.
• Excellent clinical knowledge, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ensure patient needs are met by listening, communicating clearly, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and taking accountability for outcomes.
• Engage in continuous improvement by seeking feedback, participating in professional development, and implementing evidence‑based practices to enhance the quality of care.
• Practice to the highest ethical standards in your discipline.
• A commitment to high‑quality, accessible, cost‑effective health care.
• Active and unrestricted state license; willingness and ability to obtain additional state licensure, as requested, paid for by Talkiatry.
• Technical proficiency with the ability to learn new or streamlined EMR tools.
• Therapists employed by Talkiatry must already have the necessary licensure to practice independently in the state(s) where they intend to work. Practice supervision and supervision toward independent licensure is not provided.
