You don’t shy away from metrics — you understand that conversion, retention, and outcomes matter.

• Perform thorough exams, X-rays, and evaluations
• Confidently deliver Day 1 and Day 2 reports of findings with strong patient understanding and conversion
• Design and manage evidence‑based care plans that deliver measurable outcomes
• Utilize advanced chiropractic technologies, including:
  • Digital X‑ray
  • Class IV laser therapy
  • Spinal decompression
  • Progressive rehab protocols
• Monitor progress and modify care plans to ensure long‑term success

• Consistently convert new patients into active care plans through clear education and trust‑based communication
• Track and improve key performance indicators including:
  • Conversion rate
  • Visit utilization
  • Case acceptance
  • Patient retention
• Maintain strong documentation and follow‑through

• Serve as a clinical leader and role model for staff
• Collaborate with rehab and front‑desk teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Participate in weekly meetings, training, and strategy sessions
• Help build systems that support growth and efficiency

• Represent Health Source professionally in the community
• Participate in marketing events, workshops, and outreach
• Build referral relationships with local businesses and professionals
