Work hours:

Full-Time Evenings, 8:00pm-6:30am Mon - Thur

Here s What You Need:

  • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Associates Degree Preferred
  • 6 Months related experience Required
  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required.
  • Proactive problem solving; good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; advanced computer skills; time management.

What You Will Do:

  • Act as central dispatcher for Mission Control department.
  • Monitors systems: RTLS, Security Cameras, HUGS, Fire panel, generator annunciator, medical gas, and other systems associated with Patient and Materials movement.
  • Ensure standards are met with transport times and request from internal and external customers.
  • Scheduling and Performance Improvement.
  • Prepares and Ensures adequate staffing is present per shift, scheduling PTO, etc.
  • Meet with supervisor when assistance is needed.
  • Assists in the preparation of performance evaluations.
  • Become the super user for patient movement and real time racking systems.
  • Implement processes via Grand Central and Rover application that integrate with other departments and technology.
  • Implement processes via Centrak / InSites that integrate with other departments and technology.
  • May Assist in badging services:
  • Adding new staff/contractor badge access.
  • Managing access control as directed.
