The James L. West Center for Dementia Care is the preeminent provider of dementia care services in North Texas. We are a single site facility, specializing in dementia care. We have 112 beds in six separate living areas, and we have been blessed to continue to have a high census!

We are committed to high staffing ratios ensuring that you are able to provide the best care possible. Our staff chose to move to 12-hour shifts to provide a better balance between work and home life. Our employee teams consistently work together so you get to know your teammates as well as you know your residents. We also offer a wide variety of benefits for our employees to choose from.

We are a faith-based, non-profit company, so all the money paid by our residents is spent right here in our facility. Qualifications:
Current and valid CNA certification in the state of Texas

Experience in long-term care or dementia care preferred, but not required

Compassionate, patient, and reliable - You must bring your caring heart to work everyday!

Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Must pass background check, drug screening, and health clearance
