This position is for a compassionate and attentive caregiver to support a young female member with Autism Level 3, Global Developmental Delay, and ADHD. The member is non-verbal and requires full assistance with communication and daily tasks. Incontinence care is needed, so experience with toileting and hygiene support is essential. The member lives with her mother and sister in a quiet, pet-free, non-smoking home.
The ideal caregiver will be patient, nurturing, and experienced in working with children with developmental disabilities. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow routines are important for success in this role.
