DescriptionSynergy Care is looking for an Occupational Therapist Assistant for a full-time position at The Traditions-Clearfork an outpatient clinic onsite at an Independent/Assisted Living Community in Fort Worth, TX.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months.
