Position: OTR and/or COTA (2 full time positions available and needed ASAP)

We are seeking a compassionate and vibrant Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Limitless Pediatric Therapy! We are a small clinic with a tight knit group of therapists that love what we do and have fun while we are doing it! We offer a variety of services including OT and ST, (looking for a PT), and have partnered with some great community treasures that provide unique opportunities to help children and families in the community.

Our focus is on quality verses quantity of services, with individualized collaborative intervention. While we pride ourselves on the efficacy of our efforts, and strive to help each child and family to the maximum extent possible, maintaining a good work/life balance as therapists and staff is important. We continue to grow and are looking for a quality OT to join our team!

OTR/COTA

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment and training programs to ensure patient progress and quality care
  • COTA:
    Implement occupational therapy treatment per POC dictated by OTR
  • Assist with community resource development, trainings, etc.
  • Work directly with patients and families to achieve maximum progress and success
  • Record and document patient care services
  • Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
  • Assist with social media and online engagement as able
  • OTR:
    Supervision of COTA(s) if needed
  • OTR:
    Evaluate and treat patients who have an identified need for occupational therapy intervention
Requirements:
  • Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and/or Occupational Therapist
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
