Full‑time, traveling position (10 days on, 4 days off, including overnight trips by air or ground). Under the direction of the Corporate Director of Lifestyles and Pathways, the specialist will assist communities with a focus on Lifestyles and Memory Care and help with the selection and onboarding of new team members.

• Partner with community and corporate team members to ensure the community lifestyle and memory care programs align with Sagora standards.
• Review and approve monthly activity calendars and newsletters.
• Introduce and train new associates on any updates to Lifestyle or MC programming.
• Become the knowledge expert on Sagora’s Pathways program and standards.
• Work onsite in a hands‑on capacity within a community 80% of the time.
• Conduct site visits to ensure programs are functioning and meeting operational standards, providing immediate feedback and action.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly meetings, calls, and trainings as needed for lifestyle and MC growth.

• Minimum of one year experience in a similar role or three years as a Lifestyle or Activity Director in an Assisted Living/Memory Care environment.
• Activity Director Certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in gerontological studies or recreation programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Strong initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects with follow‑through.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational and analytical skills.
