Position SummaryAs a Back-End Pharmacy Technician you will support medication needs and regulatory standards for our patients while working in a closed‑door pharmacy setting. You will operate multiple workstations to fulfill orders, package and dispense medication, review delivery orders and bins for accuracy, and coordinate stock rotations.
Day In The LifeThe role involves rotating among assigned pharmacy workstations, including Packaging, Staging, Returns, Receiving, Narcotics, IV, E‑kit, Compounding, Omnicell Cycle Fill and Machine Packaging. You will also manage product deliveries, pull and stage products for distribution, rotate stock, and coordinate driver activities to ensure deliveries are accurate and timely. Performing physical inventories of medication is another key responsibility.
Responsibilities- Logo and work in various pharmacy workstations:
Packaging, Staging, Returns, Receiving, Narcotics, IV, E‑kit, Compounding, Omnicell Cycle Fill, Machine Packaging - Receive product deliveries, pull and stage product for distribution, rotate stock, and coordinate activities with drivers to ensure shipments are accurate and deliveries are timely
- Perform physical inventories of medication
- Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
- One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in the long‑term care industry
- Prior experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
- PTCB National Certification
- Five (5) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experience
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
40 hours per week

Pay Range$16.00 – $26.21 per hour (base hourly rate)
