Patient Interaction Needed for Hospice Patients - Fort Worth and Surrounding Areas
Hospice program offering a complete team of professionals and trained volunteers to meet the physical, spiritual and social needs of patients who wish to pursue proactive comfort care at the end of life in the location of the patient's choice. We serve Tarrant, Denton, Parker and Johnson counties.
- Volunteer at least once a week, Monday‑Friday.
- Visit hospice patients to increase social interaction or provide caregiver relief.
- Most assignments are within 30 minutes of the volunteer’s home base.
