Occupational Therapist – Vista Physical Therapy
Location: 8708 Medical City Way, Fort Worth, TX 76177
Job Type: Full-Time
Vista Physical Therapy, a proud partner of the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN), is looking for a passionate and driven Occupational Therapist to join our team at our Fort Worth Medical City Way location. This clinic provides orthopedic rehabilitation, post-operative therapy, hand therapy, and more. We’re known for our supportive, tight-knit team culture and our commitment to clinical excellence.

- Outpatient orthopedic clinic conveniently located within the Medical City Alliance campus
- Services include orthopedic and post-operative rehab, hand therapy, and sports medicine
- Collaborative environment with Physical Therapists and support staff
- Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
- Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic interventions and home programs
- Collaborate with referring physicians and the rest of the clinical team to ensure coordinated care
- Document patient progress in accordance with state, federal, and company guidelines
- Provide occasional oversight and cosign documentation for COTAs as needed
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Texas OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations
