Responsibilities:
- Support therapeutic environment under RN direction
- Supervise and ensure patient safety
- Maintain consistent schedule/program delivery
- Respect patient dignity and privacy
- Provide continuous care, supervision, and interaction
- Serve as a performance model through orientation, mentorship, and education
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Nurse Manager
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High School diploma or relevant degree preferred; relevant experience may suffice
- At least 1 year of experience in a psychiatric healthcare setting, with preference for experience with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients
- CPR and CPI certification within 30 days of employment
- Experience in inpatient psychiatric or healthcare facilities preferred
