New Grad Acute Care Occupational Therapist

Overview of the Position

Full-time permanent Acute Care position...the Acute Care team is the very heartbeat of this hospital. This Occupational Therapist will work with patients in the most critical state of their life and have the opportunity to meet them in their need. Join a collaborative team of 11 PTs, 10 PTAs, 5 OTs, 7 COTAs and 7 SLPs while getting to work with various ICU, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Stroke & Cardiac patient populations with opportunity to work in Inpatient Rehab.

• Full-Time | Permanent Position (40 hours)
• Teaching Hospital | Level III Trauma Center
• Adults/Geriatrics | 8-10 Patients/Day | All 1:1 patient care with 45-60 min evals
• Cross-Training in Inpatient Rehab
• Mentorship/Training | Interdisciplinary Rounds With Physician Staff
• Relocation Assistance + Sign-on Bonus
• 4+ Weeks of PTO

• Master/Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Oklahoma license or ability to obtain
• Open to New Grads and experienced therapists
• Coachable and eager to grow
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Comfortable working with a team
• Acute Care experience preferred
• H1B Visa Sponsorship not available
