• Perform evaluations and design personalized treatment plans
• Help residents improve independence in self-care, mobility, and meaningful tasks
• Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, COTAs, nurses, and caregivers
• Document progress and outcomes clearly and thoroughly
• Educate patients, families, and staff on home programs and adaptive strategies
• Use your creativity to make therapy functional and fun

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license in Texas
• Passion for working with older adults
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• SNF or geriatric experience is a plus—but we’re open to new grads!
