Care Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking a Physical Therapist (DPT), with 10 years plus experience for a unique and exciting opportunity providing elite, concierge-level Physical Therapy services to a private family. This full-time, permanent opportunity allows for the DPT to provide support to the non-profit foundation through direct services or grant writing within the scheduled hours if desired.

This is an opportunity for a Physical Therapist (DPT) to work outside of the typical barriers of high patient volume, burnout, and below average compensation, while joining a high net-worth family in providing excellence in care for the immediate family.

  • DPT, PT works 40-45 max per week, flex scheduling options
  • DPT, PT may work occasional limited weekend hours
  • DPT, PT provides direct services for 8 family members
  • DPT, PT provides services for teenagers and adults
  • DPT, PT develops Physical Therapy programs
  • DPT, PT support strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, & endurance
  • DPT, PT works with 2 patients with developmental ataxia
  • DPT, PT works with patients who have been receiving PT 3 times per wk
  • DPT, PT is increasing dedicated individualized care
  • DPT, PT will provide research and highest standard of care to family
  • DPT, PT works collaboratively with FT SLP
  • DPT, PT will communicate effectively with patients providing education
  • DPT, PT has access to contribute to non-profit foundation through direct services or grant writing, if desired
  • DPT, PT will have option to travel with family to CA in June — July
Senior Physical Therapist Requirements:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy
  • 10 years’ minimum experience practicing a PT
  • Minimum 3.5 GPA in Accredited PT Program
  • TX State Licensure
  • Ability to work on-site, 45 hours weekly
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Ability to sign a 2-year contract
  • Analytical, detail-focused, academic driven
Senior Physical Therapist Compensation:
  • 150-175K DEO Annual Salary
