Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a dedicated team that aligns with ATI's mission, fostering a culture of high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Manage clinic operations, including staff development, productivity, and patient care standards, while driving consistent, positive outcomes.
  • Serve as the liaison between clinic staff and the district leadership team.
  • Support team development by providing constructive feedback and conducting annual performance reviews.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop outcome-focused treatment plans.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, the community, and key referral sources, including referring physicians.
Qualifications
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
  • Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist or license eligible based on the rules and regulations of the state in which you are applying for the role.

Salary Range: $91k‑$112k (PTA CDs at $85k annually)
