Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control Analyst with a background in Biology or Microbiology to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing environmental monitoring, in-process testing, and final product inspection to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform environmental monitoring of aseptic areas, including viable and non-viable sampling.
  • Conduct personnel monitoring to support cleanroom operations and production compliance.
  • Execute in-process and final product testing
    , ensuring all procedures comply with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and report quality issues
    , recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze test results, evaluate data against specifications, and implement corrective actions when deviations are identified.
  • Prepare analytical reports
    , protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment; ensure proper reagent preparation and storage.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents to support uninterrupted operations.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the laboratory environment is upheld at all times.
  • Train junior analysts or new staff on laboratory methods and procedures.
  • Ensure that all tests and procedures are performed in accordance with defined specifications and protocols

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Microbiology
    , or a related scientific discipline.
  • Prior experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated laboratory environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements
    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Work Environment:
    Laboratory and cleanroom setting
    .
  • May involve extended periods of standing and use of PPE.
  • Occasional off-shift or weekend work may be required based on production needs.
