Position Details- Job Title: Quality Control Analyst (Microbiology/Biology)
- Location: Fort Worth, TX
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control Analyst with a background in Biology or Microbiology to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing environmental monitoring, in-process testing, and final product inspection to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Perform environmental monitoring of aseptic areas, including viable and non-viable sampling.
- Conduct personnel monitoring to support cleanroom operations and production compliance.
- Execute in-process and final product testing
, ensuring all procedures comply with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards. - Identify and report quality issues
, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. - Analyze test results, evaluate data against specifications, and implement corrective actions when deviations are identified.
- Prepare analytical reports
, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment; ensure proper reagent preparation and storage.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents to support uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the laboratory environment is upheld at all times.
- Train junior analysts or new staff on laboratory methods and procedures.
- Ensure that all tests and procedures are performed in accordance with defined specifications and protocols

- Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Microbiology
, or a related scientific discipline. - Prior experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated laboratory environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements
. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Work Environment:
Laboratory and cleanroom setting
. - May involve extended periods of standing and use of PPE.
- Occasional off-shift or weekend work may be required based on production needs.
