Bilingual International Controller - Fort Worth - On-Site

LHH is seeking a Bilingual International Controller on behalf of a global, growth-oriented manufacturing organization with operations across multiple countries. This high-impact role is ideal for a finance leader with strong US GAAP and IFRS expertise, experience overseeing international entities, and the ability to partner with executive leadership. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical accounting strength, global compliance knowledge, and strategic financial insight, along with bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

• Oversee accounting operations, general ledgers, and financial reporting for international entities
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and applicable regulatory requirements (including SOX)
• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for global operations
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls, policies, and procedures across countries
• Partner with local finance teams, senior leadership, and external auditors
• Provide strategic guidance on financial risks, regulatory changes, and growth initiatives
• Direct internal and external audits for international operations
• Potentially manage and mentor international accounting staff
• Travel up to 15% as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS/International Accounting Standards
• Experience in multi-country or international accounting environments
• Proficiency with ERP systems, financial software, and reporting tools
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and communication skills
