The Controller will manage the accounting/finance function and will have a key role in the company. Must have strong GAAP knowledge who will be responsible for financial statements, managing a team KPI, and running the audit, other responsibilities as required.
Experience and Skills Required- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
- The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical problem-solving aptitude with creative solutions, ability to organize work with large amounts of information efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 8+ years of accounting experience.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills, formulating solutions under pressure.
- Required to pass background screening including Motor Vehicle, and drug screen.
