Financial Administrator Southcliff Baptist Church – Fort Worth, TX Full-Time (30 Hours)
Southcliff Baptist Church is seeking a detail‑oriented and trustworthy Financial Administrator to oversee the church’s day-to-day financial operations. This position plays a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting church leadership through clear reporting and faithful stewardship.
Primary Responsibilities- Record and reconcile weekly contributions; prepare bank deposits
- Maintain contribution records through ACS Church Management Software
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for church leadership and Finance Committee
- Process accounts payable, reimbursements, and missions payments
- Manage accounts receivable (tuition, registrations, special activities)
- Prepare semimonthly payroll and process new hire paperwork
- Reconcile restricted funds and credit card statements
- Post journal entries and complete monthly close
- Provide financial information as requested by leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or 5+ years bookkeeping experience
- Nonprofit accounting experience preferred
- ACS software experience preferred
- Strong integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
