SNI has partnered with a publicly traded company seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead corporate accounting and financial reporting. This role oversees consolidation, SEC reporting (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K), technical accounting, SOX compliance, and a broad range of accounting areas, including intercompany, FX, stock comp, fixed assets, cash, investments, inventory, and G/L maintenance.
KeyQualifications:
- CPA certification required
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting and finance experience, including leadership
- Big 4 or large public company experience
- At least one busy season as a Manager
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting processes
- Review journal entries and account reconciliations
- Partner cross-functionally (Treasury, FP&A, Legal, IR, etc.)
- Support internal/external audits and regulatory reporting
- Ensure SEC and GAAP compliance; research technical accounting matters
- Maintain SOX compliance and drive process improvements
- Provide team leadership, training, and ad hoc project support
