Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, capital markets, or a related role Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Experience in a lending, consumer finance, or credit-focused business is a plus Familiarity with capital markets and investor reporting Proficiency in financial tools such as Net Suite, Metabase, and Excel (or SQL)
