Overview

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, including full-service return preparation and tax calculations.
• Provide tax advice and manage product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver accurate answers.
• Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document all interactions accurately.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state 1040 tax returns with commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with strong tax preparation experience and PTIN.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (written & spoken).
• Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm for video and audio client interaction.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and committed to delivering outstanding customer experience.

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.

Expected base pay range: $28.80–$36.50 (Bay Area, California), $27.50–$34.80 (Colorado), $27.50–$34.80 (Illinois), $28.80–$36.50 (Hawaii), $24.80–$30.30 (Ohio), $27.50–$34.80 (Vermont), and $28.80–$36.50 (Washington). Position eligible for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and other standard Intuit benefits (paid time off, health insurance, etc.).
