Executive Search, RPO, & Interim Management.ESG () is a Top Executive Retained Search Firm for the Professional Services industry globally. Due to client demand, ESG is expanding their Wealth Management Recruiting Division to compliment the overall needs of our clients.
- Talent Identification and Acquisition:
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for various wealth management roles, from Senior level Advisors, to assisting clients with RIA acquisitions.
- Developing detailed candidate profiles outlining necessary qualifications, experience, and soft skills to align with client needs and firm culture.
- Leveraging extensive networks and industry knowledge to access a curated pool of top-tier talent, potentially including individuals not actively seeking new opportunities.
- Strategic Advisory and Consultation:
- Providing strategic insights to both firms and candidates regarding market trends, candidate expectations, and the competitive landscape of the wealth management industry.
- Guiding candidates through career advancement, helping them identify roles aligned with their skills, aspirations, and long-term goals.
- Advising firms on effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, as well as introduce clients to potential acquisition targets (Independent RIAs).
- Relationship Management:
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with both client firms and potential candidates.
- Acting as an intermediary between companies and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and challenges affecting the wealth management sector.
- Understanding the specific needs of various segments within wealth management, such as high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.
- Compliance and Regulatory Expertise:
- Ensuring placed candidates possess the necessary expertise to navigate the regulatory environment effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in executive recruitment or headhunting, preferably within wealth management sector, or with Search Agency experience supporting the Wealth Management Industry..
- Deep knowledge of wealth management roles, responsibilities, and career paths.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, estate planning, tax planning, and related areas.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess candidate fit and identify potential challenges.
- (Preferred) Relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM) would be a plus.
- (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
