Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Branch Manager to lead our wealth management team and support the ongoing growth of our financial advisory practice. In this role, you will mentor and develop financial advisors, guide performance through structured goals and weekly coaching, and drive the execution of branch OKRs aligned with company objectives. You will oversee client acquisition, onboarding, and the full financial planning process while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

We specialize in retirement planning, investment management, and business planning for high-net-worth clients and business owners. We are an independent investment firm that offers unique investment options including Alternative Investments, Private Real Estate portfolios, and access to world class Institutional Managers.
Job Requirements- Must have at least 10 years proven management experience in the financial industry
- Completed a Bachelor s degree or higher qualification
- Certifications:
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Series 65 as well as Life and Health Insurance license/s - Extensive knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, financial markets, investments, and insurance-based products
- Demonstrates exceptional client relationship management skills
- Proficient or familiar with financial planning software tools including Redtail CRM, recruitment platforms and Share Point
- Lead, mentor, and empower a team of financial advisors and support staff to achieve excellence
- Drive performance through weekly meetings, goal setting, and data-driven strategies
- Develop and implement branch OKRs to align with company objectives and growth targets
- Recruit, train, and develop top-performing sales talent
- Oversee client acquisition, onboarding, and the full financial planning process
- Utilize technology and AI to enhance operational efficiency and client experience
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives targeting high-net-worth clients
- Support strategic projects and contribute to overall business growth

Salary: $200000 - $300000 per year
