Job OverviewThe Client Services Mexico Representative will deliver superior service to Mexico customers and dealers while building customer relationships in support of CSI/DSI. Acting as the dedicated account manager for all Mexico customers, the representative will handle contracts cradle to grave, act as the single point of contact for inquiries and requests from internal and external partners, and minimize legal and financial risk through procedural compliance and processing excellence.
This position requires a wide array of responsibilities at a high level of complexity.
- Prepare legal documents for account modifications (extensions, deferrals, due date changes, principal payment reductions, etc.) and audit for completeness before executing the modification in ALFA or sending to appropriate department. (15%)
- Respond promptly to inquiries received via mail, email, cases, and phone; provide account information and perform account updates as requested, including payoffs, principal payment reductions, Autopay set up/cancellation, amortizations, title copies, contract copies, garage/billing address updates, and payment research. (45%)
- Complete requests where possible in relation to account questions, title release, and document/payoff provision; build relationships with internal partners to minimize risk of non‑compliance with partner policies. (25%)
- Coordinate timely account dispositions and title release with the Account Reconciliation Team (ART) department; research payment issues raised by customers and ensure timely resolution. (15%)
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application; relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
Minimum of 2 years overall work experience required; preferred experience includes:
- Accounting – 1 year
- Business‑General – 2 years
- Collections – 1 year
- Customer Service – 2 years
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Recommended majors include Accounting, Business Administration, Finance.
• Analytical skills – Ability to collect data, establish facts, identify trends and variances.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
