About The Role

We are an established financial planning and investment firm seeking a seasoned Financial Advisor to service and support our existing high net worth client base. This role is ideal for an experienced advisor who is passionate about comprehensive financial planning, investment strategy, and delivering exceptional client experiences. The successful candidate will be confident, personable, and highly skilled at guiding clients through complex financial decisions with clarity and professionalism.

This position offers a structured advisory environment with strong internal support, allowing advisors to focus on building client relationships and delivering high quality advice while demonstrating the highest level of integrity, a client first mindset, and strong communication skills through presentations, meetings, and educational events.

• Meet with existing clients for investment updates and financial planning review meetings
• Support new client meetings in partnership with a lead advisor
• Manage the full financial planning process from start to finish
• Prepare financial plans using financial planning software
• Develop customized financial and investment recommendations
• Present recommendations clearly and professionally to clients
• Conduct research related to assigned client cases
• Coordinate daily trading activities and review completed tasks
• Ensure all compliance documentation and notation requirements are met
• Assist with marketing materials, webinars, and seminars
• Prepare weekly trackers and update policies and procedures as needed
• Perform additional duties in support of client service and firm operations

• Minimum of 10 years of financial planning experience in a client facing role
• CFP Designation Preferred Or Series 65 Required
• Active Life and Health Insurance licenses
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investments, and insurance products
• Experience with financial planning technology and CRM systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Salary: $100000 - $125000 per year
