Asset Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to manage, organize, and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines and cross-functionally providing on-time deliverables for the Finance team. This position will drive the fixed assets, lease accounting, financial statement preparation, SOX controls, and some SEC Reporting.

• Manage depreciation schedules for analysis, reporting, and implementation into company software
• Perform accounting for leased items to include acquisitions, dispositions, retirements, payments, and expenses
• Prepare quarterly and annual 10K, 10Q, and other various schedules according to SOX controls and SEC regulations
• Research and write technical memos and footnote disclosures to assist with established accounting guidelines

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years in public accounting, large organization, or publicly traded company
• 4+ years, CPA, Master s Degree, and/or MBA are highly desired
• Ability to leverage knowledge with Power BI, MS Excel, AI, SQL etc.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
